• Conducting surveys in field and assessment of loss.
• Coordinating with insured for claim documents & processing
• Monitor the process flow of allotted claims from registration to settlement.
•  Coordinating with repairer on settlement and payment reconciliation.
• Building relationship with internal and external customer
