Job Description:
1. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic start-up like environment.

2. You have the ability to define, design, and deliver new platforms for the Nextgen ASICs for the Cisco Data Center Switch Platforms

3. You have the ability to write complete functional and design specs independently

4. You have the ability to design & develop large portions of software independently and rapidly.

5. You have an eye for detail and are a person who likes to get to the depth of technology down to its bits and bytes.

6. You have the ability to learn a wide range of Data Center technologies.

Qualifications: ME/M.Tech/MS with 2-4 years of related experience, or BE/B.Tech with 6-8 yrs related experience.

Required Skills:
1. Strong C, C++ programming skills

2. Strong OS, System architecture, Linux device driver and user space knowledge preferred.

3. Hands on experience on switch/router embedded system software development

4. Strong background in L2/L3 protocols

5. Experience with high availability related to switch/router products
