The Global Sales Support team works closely with in market sales teams to collaboratively shape digital solutions that drive the advertiser?’s strategic initiatives and help Google?’s major advertising clients and agencies develop digital solutions that build their businesses and brands. You will partner closely with the Google Sales team who help Google’s advertisers grow their business using Google’s products (including search, display advertising, TV, and YouTube). You will develop deep product knowledge of Google products and leverage these skills to provide multi-product solution support to our in-market sales team.
Lead the test effort from planning and organization to execution and delivery. Develop effective test strategies.
Write or contribute to test plans and/or test cases in medium to large sized projects of moderate complexity.
Advocate and educate product/project teams on test design and implementation.
Work with those teams to evaluate testability of new features/implementations.
Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote best engineering practices, bug prevention strategies, testability, and other quality attributes across products.
Demonstrate intuition and knowledge about how to break software by finding bugs, and apply this knowledge with measurable result, impacting the quality of the product.
BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience developing test automation in C++, Java or Python.
Experience in writing test plans, providing consultation, creating test cases and debugging.
Experience testing methodologies and software development life cycle.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
6 years of relevant work and industry experience.
Experience with Selenium/Webdriver.
Proven project and team leadership skills.
