1. Strong programming knowledge in .NET
2. Experience in MVC Framework
3. HTML5, JQuery, Angular JS, Twitter4J, JavaScript, CSS3
4. Hands-on UX development experience using responsive design principles
5. Hands-on developer on Message Oriented Middleware technologies JMS, MQ
6. RDBMS – Oracle/SQL/PLSQL
7. Web Services – SOAP/REST
8. XML packages
9. Debugging skills
10. Production support – troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
11. Well versed with Software configuration management methods like Source Code Version Control Systems, Build & Deployment
12. Performance tuning of applications running on Websphere Application Server, tcServer environments
13. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
14. Strong experience with design principles
