4. Good communication skill with basic troubleshooting knowledge

Job Description:

• Hand-On knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience of handling International clients (Mainly English Speaking World like US, UK and Europe along with Middle East) -Experience of voice Support
• Experience of working on Ticketing tool like ITSM and Service Now–Troubleshooting of Windows platform
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Good Expertise in customer handling
