2. Thorough understanding of ITSM modules
3. Strong foundation in Development activities in BMC Remedy
4. Strong foundation of debugging the issues at a deeper level
6. Knowledge of DWP
7. Knowledge of CMDB
8. Candidate should have a hands on experience in web service integrations
